Welcome to Together On Three (“Together On Three”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate this wellness lounge and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to help you pursue the highest quality of life that is attainable for you.

Together On Three focuses on non-medical wellness services such as memberships, sessions, and experiences. We are not a medical provider and we do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in our Services, including any content on this website, should be considered medical advice. You should always consult your own physician or qualified healthcare provider to determine whether any wellness service is appropriate and safe for you.

Together On Three is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide certain e-commerce and account features as part of the Services.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any additional policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

When you book a session, purchase a membership, or place an order (including physical products), you are making an offer to purchase.

Together On Three may accept or decline your order at its discretion.
Your purchase is accepted only once confirmed. Payment must be processed before acceptance.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent that purchases are for personal (non-commercial) use.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an item is handed to the carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Together On Three is powered by Shopify, but all purchases are made directly with Together On Three.
You release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with us.

Because Shopify hosts our Services, Shopify may also process personal information according to its own Privacy Policy.
