Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Some offerings in our store may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy products. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each type.

Together On Three provides non-medical wellness memberships and services focused on supporting your quality of life. We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For all wellness decisions, consult your physician.


1. Subscriptions

Certain items or services may be offered on a subscription basis. When you purchase a subscription:

  • You will receive repeat deliveries or recurring access based on the duration and frequency selected.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and charged for each renewal, unless you choose to prepay.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term.

Cancellation or Changes

You may cancel or update your subscription at any time.

Your order confirmation emails include a link allowing you to manage your subscription directly. Changes apply to upcoming billing cycles and do not typically affect completed charges.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item or service that is not yet available or not currently in stock.

  • We may charge nothing upfront, or collect a partial deposit.

  • Your payment method is stored securely.

  • Once the product becomes available, we will fulfill and charge the remaining or full amount.

Cancellation

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

If the pre-order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may still request a return or refund according to our Refund Policy.


3. Try Before You Buy

Some items may be offered as Try Before You Buy, allowing you to evaluate the item before being charged.

  • We authorize (but do not immediately charge) your payment method.

  • You have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If the item is not returned within the allowed time, your payment method is automatically charged in full.

All returns must follow the timelines and conditions in our Refund Policy.
