Together on Three is a wellness lounge focused on helping you pursue your best possible quality of life. We are not a medical provider and do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your doctor to determine whether any of our services are appropriate and safe for you.
1. General Policy
Most of what we offer are wellness services, appointments, and memberships rather than physical products. Because we reserve time, staff, and resources specifically for you, all sales of services and memberships are generally final, subject to the limited exceptions below.

2. Appointments & Sessions
Rescheduling
• You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time, subject to availability.
• To reschedule, please contact us by email or phone.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full and may not be eligible for a refund or credit.
• We reserve the right to waive this at our discretion in special circumstances.
3. Memberships & Packages
Memberships (monthly or annual)
• Membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future renewals. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Session Packages
• Packages of sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
• Sessions in a package may generally be scheduled or rescheduled according to our standard appointment policy (see Section 2).

4. Physical Products (if applicable)
If we offer physical products (such as wellness accessories or merchandise), the following applies unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To request a return of a physical product, email us at matt@togetheronthree.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on:
• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Opened personal care items or consumables
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Physical Products)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement, credit, or refund, as appropriate).
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
• We will process it to your original method of payment.
• Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed a refund and you have not seen it, please contact us at matt@togetheronthree.com.
7. Wellness & Medical Disclaimer
Together on Three provides non-medical wellness services intended to support quality of life. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and do not provide medical advice. Nothing on our website, in our lounge, or in our communications should be taken as medical advice.
Always consult your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice, including services offered by Together on Three. Your decision to participate in any service or membership is voluntary and based on your own judgment in consultation with your doctor.
